About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Harborview Medical Center. As an ICU Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- WA state nursing license.
- Recent critical care experience.
