About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Key Carrier, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall success of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and provide coaching and feedback to Associates.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates.
  • Problem Solving: Exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers, and provide solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Problem Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, as well as merchandise flow in stores.
  • Leadership: 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.
