As a Financial Professional, you will be responsible for working with plan sponsor relationships in the education market, focusing on 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement, and investment strategies. You will also conduct participant education and seminars, and provide one-on-one appointments to recommend and implement investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, schedule, and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients
  • Recommend and implement investment strategies
  • Research client service issues and investment questions
  • Conduct retirement and investment seminars
Requirements:
  • Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred
  • Securities registrations - Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred
  • Life & Health Insurance Licenses
  • Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
  • Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents
