Job Title: Behavior Analyst

Access Services is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst to join our team in the Bethlehem, PA region of Lehigh Valley. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of the function of behaviors and apply ABA principles to develop effective interventions.
  • Utilize expertise in behavior analysis to assess skills deficits and behavioral needs for clients receiving ABA services.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) to address targeted behaviors and select and design behavioral interventions.
  • Review and analyze data to determine changes needed to behavioral interventions, exercising discretion and judgment.
  • Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with BACB and 2020 IBHS regulations.
  • Model adherence to the BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • MUST BE A LICENSED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST IN THE STATE OF PA
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or a relevant social sciences field of study (required)
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis (required)
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services (required)
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance (required)
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $72,000
  • Incentive rate: BCBA's are required to work 80 monthly billable hours. Any billable hours above 80/monthly (every 4 weeks), will be paid at the incentive rate of $80-$100 hourly.
