Job Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bethlehem, PA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated BCBA to develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral and developmental challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of BIPs.
  • Conduct assessments and data analysis to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to promote student success and well-being.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families on behavior management strategies to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain ethical standards of practice and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with behavioral and developmental challenges in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
