Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Uphold the core values and behaviors of Nurtur Aveda, providing personalized counseling to prospective students on admissions requirements and available programs.
- Program Expertise: Act as an expert in program information and student enrollment, building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management system, collaborating with the admissions support team for efficient appointment booking.
- Performance Goals: Work towards achieving annual enrollment goals in partnership with the admissions and financial aid team, meeting or exceeding performance goals set by the Director of Business Operations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the department lead and business operations director, performing assigned duties to meet business needs while adhering to Nurtur policies.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a business or sales role is advantageous.
- Skills: Self-directed with strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Office Environment: Office environment with desk work for up to eight hours a day.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle objects, walk, sit, stand, balance, stoop, speak, and hear, read documents on a computer screen and in print, occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 30 pounds, tolerate noise typical of a corporate office setting.
