Dedicated Speech Therapist Wanted for School District

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our school district in Blenker, Wisconsin.

Soliant is currently conducting interviews and hiring for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

• This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview.
• You will work onsite during the school year.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Soliant offers a competitive weekly pay package, guaranteed work hours, payment for both direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

• A valid Wisconsin State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and attending meetings.

• You will conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
• You will develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
• You will provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
• You will collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• You will maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
• You will attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
