About the Job

This position involves providing wound care services in skilled nursing facilities across various locations. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, diagnosing and treating wounds, collaborating with facility staff, and documenting patient encounters in our electronic medical record system.

The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree (MD, DO, PA, CRNP), board certification, an active unrestricted state medical license, DEA license, and valid driver's license. Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
