Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems, routers, and network elements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions
  • Flexible shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work on-call rotation, providing 24/7 technical support.
  • Must be able to lift and carry or move 25 pounds occasionally.
Environmental/Working Conditions
  • Indoor office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing.
  • No travel required for this position.
