Undergraduate Program Coordinator

The Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE) is seeking an Academic Program Administrator to oversee the administration of the Academic-Residential Co-Curriculum. This role is pivotal in fostering meaningful connections between students and faculty, enhancing the undergraduate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As an integral member of the VPUE team, you will:
- Manage daily operations of the ARC program, ensuring effective execution of tasks and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret institutional policies, developing and implementing necessary procedures.
- Support ARC grant processes, including the management of departmental grants.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives, including communication strategies and event planning.
- Oversee logistics for on-campus and off-campus events, managing vendor relationships and transportation.
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance and Administration to maintain funding guidelines and track financial transactions.
- Serve as the primary contact for the program, providing expertise and training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with campus partners, maintain the ARC website, and create promotional materials.
- Collect and analyze program data, preparing reports and identifying trends to inform decision-making.
- Present data findings to faculty and senior staff, assisting in report presentations as needed.
- Perform desk-based tasks while occasionally engaging in physical activities related to the role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven initiative and ownership of projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant subject matter expertise.
- Ability to supervise others when required.
