About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Chevrolet of New Bern. As a Ford Lincoln Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on Ford and Lincoln vehicles, ensuring efficient and accurate work.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Service Advisors to provide estimates and updates on repair progress.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Ford or Lincoln certifications.
  • ASE certifications.
  • Strong automotive background and experience with complex repair systems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to submit to a background check.
