  • Manage litigation disputes and other legal proceedings involving our clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Oversee the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with our business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
  • 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in an in-house counsel role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and business law.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
