Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team in Zeeland Hospital's Surgical Services department. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms and equipment
- Monitor and maintain patient safety and well-being
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure in Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Specialty certification preferred
