  • Coordinate meeting schedules as needed.
  • Utilize state management information systems to retrieve and share relevant reports with staff.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further action.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide coverage at the reception area when necessary.
  • Operate office equipment efficiently, including copiers and fax machines.
  • Manage incoming mail by sorting and distributing it appropriately.
  • Create and organize files as required.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to telephone calls and written correspondence.
  • May undertake additional responsibilities as needed to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in office equipment and software, including word processing and spreadsheets, is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with an understanding of funding resources for employment training programs.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and the public is crucial.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines is required.
