Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an internal traveler. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel across our regions, working in various settings while maintaining a consistent employment status.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additionally, we offer:

  • A competitive base salary with no fluctuation based on visit numbers
  • Generous productivity bonuses paid bi-weekly

  • Up to 160 hours (4 weeks) of PTO, plus 6 holidays
  • Premium pay and benefits for travelers, including a monthly housing stipend
Responsibilities

As an internal traveler, you will work as a treating clinician across our regions, completing 13-week assignments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and achieving exceptional outcomes
  • Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient care
  • Participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective states
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and quality care
