About the Role
As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a pivotal part in helping students across various settings near Middletown, Maryland. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure student success.

About the Position
This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) with multiple openings available. You will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment, monitoring and documenting student progress, and adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
  • Develop and implement effective IEPs that cater to individual students' requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Maryland SLP license or eligibility. A CCC-SLP certification is preferred, but Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are also considered. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as experience working with children in a school setting, which is a plus.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
