Job Title: Vice Principal

Arrow Technologies is seeking a highly organized and driven Vice Principal to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal, Administration, Faculty, and Staff to handle day-to-day duties, relationships, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports as necessary.
  • Analyze and report on financial status, including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Manage all policies and procedures.
  • Internal and external written and verbal communications to our team, students, and parents.
  • Assist the Principal and work with the office administrative team to reach objectives.
  • Foster relations with faculty, staff, students, and parents.
Success Factors / Job Competencies / Skills:
  • PHD in Education.
  • Education Certified.
  • Teacher MA Education.
  • Masters of Education.
