Job Summary

We offer an exciting opportunity for a licensed practical nurse to work in a fast-paced environment providing top-notch care to patients with end-stage renal disease. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor dialysis treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis therapy, diet, and medications
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatment and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN)
  • Current appropriate State licensure
  • One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
  • Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
