Job Summary

About the Role
This position involves providing care, treatment, and general welfare to patients in need of medical attention. As a Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records of patient information.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medications, performing routine tasks, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of treatments, test results, and other relevant information.
- Perform routine medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and collecting laboratory samples.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and healthcare services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field ( Associate's degree in Nursing may be considered for candidates with significant experience).
- Valid nursing license (LVN/LPN) in the state of Texas.
- At least 1 year of experience in patient care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
