Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to collect User Requirements
  • Participate in Gap Analysis
  • Configuration and deployment of LabWare Products
  • Introduction to integrations with external applications
  • Facilitate instrument integration with LabWare products
  • Collaborate with Senior Staff at LabWare Global Services
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of LabWare products
  • Exhibit teamwork and collaboration

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience in Crystal Reports Development is advantageous
  • Understanding of database principles, including SQL, tables, and fields
  • Basic programming knowledge, with proficiency in at least one programming language

Additional Qualifications and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory, IT environment, or professional setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-directed learner
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Positive demeanor, capable of motivating clients and establishing trust
  • Willingness to accommodate at least 50% overnight travel and flexible scheduling

Professional Conduct:

  • Represent LabWare professionally at client sites
  • Achieve and maintain LabWare Consultant Certification
  • Keep training records up to date
  • Demonstrate commitment as a LabWare Employee
  • Submit Time/Expense/Status Reports in a timely manner
