Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Services Program Manager to join our team at Women In Need. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of homeless families in New York City. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and providing high-quality clinical services to our clients.

About the Role
The Social Services Program Manager will work closely with our program director to develop and implement effective programs and services that meet the needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include conducting psycho-social assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing emergency and crisis intervention services. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and collaborate with community-based service providers to ensure engagement in services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) and at least one year of post-graduate working experience. Supervisory experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
