Purchasing Manager

As a Purchasing Manager at TrueTimber Outdoors, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish. This includes issuing preliminary bookings with factories, preparing and submitting purchase orders, and making necessary adjustments to existing orders.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing production, including reviewing data imported into the system, confirming new item set up details, and distributing to the database manager.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with inbound logistics to review and confirm shipping documents match original PO details.
Key qualifications for this role include a good understanding of international production and shipping timelines, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, is preferred but not required.
