Our extensive, customer-centric retail sales training program will empower you to build strong relationships with customers and provide them with the perfect sleep sanctuary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
  • Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
  • Stay aware of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
  • Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
