Gas Distribution Technician

At Eversource Energy, we are seeking a skilled Gas Distribution Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all gas construction and maintenance work is performed in accordance with Company, State, and Federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair gas distribution systems
  • Conduct leak surveys and perform maintenance tasks
  • Operate heavy equipment and vehicles
  • Meet OSHA requirements and maintain operator qualification

Requirements:

  • High School Education or equivalent
  • 3 years of Gas Distribution experience
  • CDL Drivers' License Class A required
  • Ability to work in all seasons and at times for extended periods

Working Conditions:

The Utility A will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials is essential.
