Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Services Associate to join our team at NYU Langone Health System. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment in our assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain a safe environment in assigned area
  • Assist with activities necessary for effective functioning of the department
  • Perform a variety of environmental tasks necessary to the orderly functioning of the department
  • Recognize and respond to issues that may cause problems and/or refer issues through proper chain of command
  • Document legibly and maintain open channel of communication through two-way radio system or phone
  • Respond to dispatch in a timely manner and work to improve and/or maintain HCAHPS scores
  • Perform a variety of cleaning duties necessary to the orderly functioning of the department
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate and understand simple directions in English
  • Ability to read MSDS & chemical labels
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
