Overview:
As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar operations by ensuring that all beverage supplies are readily available and the bar area is well-maintained. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and enhance their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and manage inventory of liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily.
2. Replenish bar supplies as necessary throughout your shift.
3. Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms, delivering them to the bar area.
4. Organize and display bottles on the bar, ensuring top-shelf liquor is prominently placed.
5. Monitor and maintain the functionality of beer taps.
6. Set up and replenish bar snacks and supplies, including napkins.
7. Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned.
8. Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing tables, walls, and floors.
9. Ensure proper disposal of waste from all receptacles.
10. Prepare and serve beverages as needed to support bartenders.
