Registered Nurse RN Overnight Shift Hospital Unit

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avera Behavioral Health Center. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Adult B Unit.

As a RN, you will be responsible for providing patient-focused care, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a structured, therapeutic environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and research
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- A valid RN license in the State of South Dakota or eligibility for multi-state licensure
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably with adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
