Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our production equipment is operating efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with operations, safety, and expert maintenance leadership to identify and resolve mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and optimize equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure production equipment is operating at optimal levels
  • Identifying and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Assisting with equipment installations, repairs, and modifications
Requirements
  • Journeyman's OR Mechanical/Technical Degree OR 4 years of equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems

  • $36.76/hour with shift differential
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
