The ideal candidate will exhibit creativity in crafting marketing strategies that enhance community engagement and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with promoters, event producers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
2. Oversee day-of-event operations, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
3. Act as a liaison among all parties involved in events, facilitating smooth coordination and execution.
4. Manage in-house events in line with facility policies, including logistics, budgeting, and customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.
5. Represent the facility during events, addressing any public or event-related concerns professionally.
6. Assist in daily promotional activities and in-house event planning.
7. Contribute to the preparation of corporate marketing reports and participate in collaborative discussions with other entities.

Marketing Initiatives:
1. Support the venue's digital and print marketing efforts, utilizing various platforms including social media, advertising, and local media.
2. Engage in public relations activities, including the creation and distribution of press releases and maintaining positive media relations.
3. Drive grassroots marketing efforts, including community outreach and promotional campaigns to maximize event visibility.
4. Generate innovative ideas to attract new events and enhance the promotion of booked events.
5. Assist with email campaigns and database management, developing new marketing programs to boost ticket sales.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
2. Strong interest and knowledge in marketing and advertising.
3. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
