Job SummaryThe Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading the operations of The Paper Store's fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of online orders. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team of individual contributors and hourly leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the fulfillment center, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
- Lead and empower a team of direct reports to execute all eCommerce fulfillment processes.
- Develop and implement processes to improve department efficiency and performance.
- Partner with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce orders.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in leading an eCommerce fulfillment center organization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
