About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Career Navigator to join our team at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. As a Career Navigator, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals and connect with local businesses to meet their workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with customers to assess their ongoing service needs and provide personalized guidance on employment opportunities and training programs.
  • Develop and implement effective service plans to meet customer needs, ensuring that plans are maintained and updated as necessary.
  • Provide career advisement, including the development of individual employment/placement plans, referrals to jobs, placement in training or education programs, job placement or advancement, and retention services.
  • Perform visits to customers' homes, training providers' sites, and/or employment sites to provide support and guidance.
  • Coordinate service provider activities and implement prescribed program-related procedures and accurate case management.
  • Provide ongoing case management and serve as a liaison between customers and service providers, managing a comprehensive caseload of job seekers.
  • Utilize Extreme Customer Service behaviors in all interactions with internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use the Internet and Microsoft Office products.
  • Keyboarding skills and excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with bilingual candidates preferred.
