Job Description

Crunch Fitness is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that values creativity and enthusiasm. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating community excitement for fitness and well-being, promoting the Crunch brand to local businesses, and working front desk hours once the club is open.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content to promote the Crunch brand
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community groups
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and guests
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the Crunch brand remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
