Nursing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at AOM Healthcare. As a premier long-term care company, we operate 21 facilities throughout Ohio and are committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the functions of the nursing department. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient nursing care, recruiting and hiring qualified nursing staff, and establishing and implementing competency/skills checklists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing department policies and procedures
- Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff
- Establish and monitor achievement of goals and objectives for the nursing department
- Prepare and submit reports on nursing department operations
- Actively participate in the quality improvement process
Requirements:
- Experience in nursing leadership and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of nursing regulations and standards
