About the Role

The Per Diem Sales Specialist will play a vital part in supporting the sales team by demonstrating Great Minds solutions and fostering new relationships with prospective schools and districts.

This role is responsible for assisting the local sales team with prospecting activities, including site visits, local events, and product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of K-8 Texas state standards and be able to build and maintain relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the local sales team with prospecting activities, including site visits, local events, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts.
  • Prospect for new schools and districts, gaining an understanding of their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Conduct web-based and on-site product demonstrations, showcasing the value and effectiveness of Great Minds Products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in districts preferably in district leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of K-8 Texas state standards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills to build trust with educators.
