Comprehensive Pain Care Opportunity in Tristate Area

We are seeking an exceptional Pain Management/PM&R Physician to join our dynamic medical practice on a full-time basis in the Philadelphia, PA area. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be tactful and skilled in patient management, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients suffering from neuro-musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Patient care and management, including recommending tests and conducting diagnostic testing to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment.
  • Ordering diagnostic labs and imaging, such as in-house computerized neurocognitive testing (ImPACT testing).
  • Overseeing patients' diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries.
  • Preparing patients for return to work after illness or injury.
  • Treating a high number of personal injury patients who require timely and accurate documentation and reports.
  • Performing interventional pain procedures.

Requirements:
  • A Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • An unrestricted license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware (or willingness to obtain all three licenses).
  • Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)/Interventional Pain Physician.
  • Favorable malpractice history.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • A DEA license.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $420,000 plus additional compensation for depositions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), and narratives. Benefits include company-paid malpractice insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance, short-term disability, employee assistance program (EAP), 401(k) retirement plan, and paid continuing medical education (CME) days.
