Job Summary

Wente Family Estates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wine Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Wine Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting wine sales, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote wine sales to guests
• Create memorable experiences for guests through wine tastings, tours, and educational programs
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Wente Family Estates wines, including wine styles, regions, and production methods
• Collaborate with the tasting room team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in special events and represent Wente Family Estates at outside functions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the tasting room and surrounding areas

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a tasting room or sales role
• Strong knowledge of wine, including wine styles, regions, and production methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds
