Wine Ambassador

At Wente Family Estates, we are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Wine Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Wine Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting our wine club membership.

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet club membership goals.
• Promote our wine club membership and educate guests on the benefits of joining.
• Host wine tastings and educational experiences to engage guests and promote our wine portfolio.
• Process transactions, stock wine, and assist guests with purchases.
• Work collaboratively with the tasting room team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Proven sales experience and a passion for sharing the story of wine.
• Strong knowledge of wine, food, and the wine industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and vision sufficient to operate a computer and other office machines.
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations and operate a cash register.
