Key Responsibilities of the Systems Testing Engineer:
Provide specialized technical support for fabrication tasks within laboratory and testing environments, focusing on experimental development design, assembly, and integration of components. Create hardware setups for testing purposes. Formulate testing strategies and specifications. Organize, oversee, and provide guidance for laboratory evaluations and field exercise activities. Gather and synthesize data from field observations, technical documentation, laboratory reports, and bench evaluations. Aggregate information regarding operational issues and modifications. Adhere to established data presentation methods and prepare comprehensive reports, including schematics and diagrams.

Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executing laboratory and field testing and evaluation processes, including oversight of setup, logistics, and security measures.

At least 2 years of experience in planning and designing general test configurations for data collection related to specific test subjects, along with documenting tests through procedures, checklists, and lessons learned.

Proven experience in managing testing timelines and communicating any delays or issues.

Experience in performing data analysis.

Capability to obtain a security clearance.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive and industrial mechanics.

Understanding of construction principles.

Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication techniques.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 annually (USD).

This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is just one aspect of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
