The Logistics Associate plays a crucial role in fulfilling delivery and kitting needs within the Operations department. This position entails receiving, storing, managing, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Exemplifies and fosters alignment with the company's Vision, Values, and Mission
  • Follows established procedures for loading, unloading, storing, and distributing inventory materials
  • Receives and organizes parts and finished goods for dispatch
  • Moves materials using various equipment
  • Conducts quality inspections on incoming materials
  • Supports inventory management and stock arrangement
  • Establishes kitting processes for operational and customer needs
  • Complies with safety regulations consistently
  • Maintains and oversees parts, tools, kits, and materials
  • Creates documentation for outgoing shipments
  • Communicates progress and challenges to the team
  • Completes assigned tasks effectively
  • Performs routine maintenance on equipment
  • May work overtime as required

Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Capability to operate a forklift
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Experience with Material Tracking Systems is advantageous

Work Environment:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
  • Exposure to moving machinery, welding sparks, and elevated noise levels
  • Involves working with chemicals, dust, and high-speed rotating machinery
  • Requires working in awkward positions and at heights
  • Involves tasks in both enclosed and open environments
