What You Will Do in This Role:

  • You will accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
  • You will initiate appropriate nursing interventions to address patient needs.
  • You will provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
  • You will perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
  • You will responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
  • You will perform timely and accurate QI assessments to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • You must have graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • You must have current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • You must have CPR/BCLS certification and ACLS preferred.
  • You must have minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • You must have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
