- Compile and recommend resources that assist customers in making informed vehicle purchasing decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive accessories, features, and products to inform customers effectively.
- Collaborate with management to establish achievable performance goals and strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and direct them to relevant departments as necessary.
- Address internet sales inquiries efficiently.
- Review all marketing materials to ensure proper representation of the dealership's online presence.
- Participate in product and sales training as recommended.
- Act as a liaison with services that promote the dealership online.
- Develop and implement a prospect development strategy.
Additional Qualifications:
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor in attitude, appearance, and grooming.
- Ability to perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Education and Experience:
3-6 months of relevant work experience or training.
Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License
