Position: Healthcare Litigation Counsel
- Summary: Oversee a portfolio of cases related to healthcare professional liability, general liability, and intricate commercial conflicts. Work in conjunction with medical professionals and external legal advisors to devise case strategies. Perform legal and medical investigations, address legal challenges, manage insurance claims, and assist in intellectual property litigation.
- Requirements: Juris Doctor degree, over 5 years of litigation experience, admission to the New York bar. Experience in healthcare or clinical settings is advantageous.
- Essential Skills: Strong writing, communication, and project management abilities. Familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Work Environment: Hybrid role based in New York, NY.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Reports To: Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Chief Litigation Counsel.
- Salary Range: $131,800.00 to $267,200.00 annually.
