Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support.
- Ensure our service department excels in customer satisfaction through innovative problem-solving and effective communication.
- Acquire knowledge of all service offerings to engage with our clientele effectively.
- Address customer inquiries via email or phone, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming calls related to billing, product inquiries, service questions, and general concerns.
- Initiate outbound calls to arrange service appointments and discuss maintenance needs.
- Maintain professionalism and foster positive relationships with every caller.
- Update customer records in our service database during and after interactions.

- Collaborate with management to stay informed about product updates and company policy changes.

Make a significant impact on customer retention by transforming challenges into opportunities for repeat business.

Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of two years in customer service or field service logistics.
- Proficient in computer applications, including:
  • MS Office and database management.

- Availability for rotating 8.5-hour shifts covering 7am-7pm, including weekends as needed.

- Strong verbal communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to think strategically, anticipating challenges and devising solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Driven, ambitious, and focused on achieving results.

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and via telephone.
- Frequent use of hands for standard office tasks.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Good vision for close and distant tasks.
