Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and education to our therapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver best-in-class care.
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our rehabilitation services and attract new patients.
- Fiscal Management: Work with our leadership team to manage our department's budget and ensure we are meeting our financial targets.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a rehabilitation setting.
- Licensure: Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of therapists to deliver exceptional patient care.
