About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team at YinzCam, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of our mobile/web/data products, working closely with designers, engineers, product owners, QA analysts, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct product discovery sessions, both internally and externally, to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Write detailed business and technical requirements, ensuring that product specifications are well-defined and scalable.
  • Develop sequence diagrams and technical architecture documents to visualize product flow and architecture.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for products, ensuring that requirements are met and testing is thorough.
  • Measure and monitor product KPIs post-launch, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
  • Create, own, and maintain all product documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Computer Science background with working knowledge of backend systems, product architecture, mobile app architecture, and quality assurance.
  • Working knowledge of design principles for mobile apps, including design guidelines for iOS and Android apps.
  • Track record of delivering mobile apps from end-to-end, from concept to scale-out, to millions of users.
  • 5+ years of experience with hands-on writing of high-quality code.
  • 5+ years of experience with product documentation, product management practices, and working in fast-paced technical companies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently, professional verbal and written communication, and attention to grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure, with a willingness to work non-traditional hours.
