We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Souris Valley Care Center, a not-for-profit organization providing quality care and service to seniors in a Christian environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in formulating care plans for residents and provide nursing care according to physician orders and regulations.
- Update care plans as needed and observe and document resident observations and care given.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and direct and assist with resident education.
- Use standard precautions and report signs/symptoms of resident infections.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Prior work experience in a like or related position may be helpful.
