Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while also supervising and guiding a team of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
• Monitor and report resident conditions and concerns to physicians and family members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
• Experience in long-term care or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
