Lead Customer Service Associate

At Par Mar Oil Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, and setting the standard for customer service excellence within the team.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Loss Prevention: Assist in the prevention of loss by monitoring store operations, identifying potential security risks, and reporting any incidents to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including those related to customer service, safety, and security.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
