Overview:

G.A. Rogers & Associates is seeking a dedicated Residential Engineer to support a high-end resort property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of various equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, performing touch-up painting, and minor furniture repairs.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance for kitchen appliances, laundry machines, HVAC systems, and guest rooms.
  • Handle exterior maintenance duties including painting, woodwork, and minor roof repairs.
  • Execute light electrical repairs as needed.
  • Address maintenance requests from property owners and managers.
  • Manage plumbing repairs and maintenance for laundry equipment, as well as exhaust fans and small appliances.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Contractor or trades licensing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions in English.
  • Plumbing or electrical licensing is preferred but not essential.
