Key Responsibilities:
- Support client meetings and conduct consulting projects
- Prepare reports on consulting services performed for clients and discuss results and recommendations
- Travel to client locations to provide consulting services
- Complete client projects efficiently in accordance with project timelines and critical dates
- Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze client information and document results and recommendations
- Attend conferences, trainings, and meetings to continue professional development relevant to the role
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university, expected completion by December 2022 or June 2023
- Major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Data & Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Travel to assigned client locations may be required; must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Certification or working towards certification as a CPA (preferred but not required)

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
